International Students

Study Permit

Canada is famous for its exceptional education system. A post-secondary degree from a Canadian University or college  gives you a great advantage to land a dream job anywhere in the world. You can also apply for your permanent residency  in Canada down the road.

Working in Canada

Work Permit

Most people need a work permit to work in Canada. If you need a work permit, you may be eligible for either an employer-specific work permit or an open work permit. There are also different situations to secure a work permit in Canada.

Proof of Status

PR Card/PR Travel Document

When you are travelling, you need a permanent resident (PR) card to prove you’re a PR when you return to Canada. You need a valid PR card to return to Canada by plane, train, bus or boat. If you are outside Canada, apply for a Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) to return to Canada.

Extension of Temporary Status

Visitor Record

If you want to extend your stay in Canada as a visitor, you need to apply for a visitor record. A visitor record is not a visa. A visitor record is a document that gives you status as a visitor in Canada and allows you to stay longer with a new expiry date.

Economic Immigration

Express Entry

This is one of the most popular ways for young and educated people to obtain permanent residency. Your age, language skills, education, work experience, arranged employment, and adaptability all play a significant role in being a successful applicant in the pool.

Temporary Visa

Visitor Visa /Super Visa

With its breathtaking nature, Canada resembles a paradise. Millions of tourists travel each year to Canada to discover the beauty of this amazing country. With a Super Visa, parents and grandparents can visit their children or grandchildren for 5 years at a time.

Family Reunification

Family Sponsorship

Your relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you’re at least 18 years old and a Canadian citizen, a person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or a permanent resident of Canada.

Economic Immigration

BC Provincial Nominee

The program enables the province to select and nominate foreign workers, international students, and entrepreneurs to help meet B.C.’s labor market needs, support government priorities, and grow B.C.’s economy. Some priority occupations in B.C. give you an edge in getting a nomination faster.

Hiring Foreign Workers

LMIA

Before hiring a foreign worker, an employer must, in most cases, apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). This document, issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)/Service Canada, proves that the employment of a foreign national will not negatively affect the Canadian job market. LMIA applications are complex. We're here to help!

Humanitarian Grounds

H&C  Considerations

Applicants who do not meet the requirements of an application or who are inadmissible because of specific reasons could benefit from humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) considerations. The refusal rate for an H&C application is fairly high, but applicants with convincing humanitarian reasons should consider this last option.

French Speaking Applicants

Francophone Mobility

The Francophone Mobility Work Permit makes it easier for Canadian employers to hire you without a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), provided you meet certain requirements and plan to live and work outside the province of Quebec. After one year of working in Canada, applicants may become eligible to apply for permanent residency (PR).

Legal Services

Procedural Fairness Letters

Sometimes, officers may have serious questions about your application or intend to refuse it. In such cases, they will send you a letter outlining their doubts or questions before making a decision. You will usually receive these letters by email. This is your last chance to address any concerns or issues they may have. Don’t risk your response. We are here to assist you!

Career

Resume & Cover Letter

To apply for your desired position, you must have a Canadian resume and cover letter that are appropriate. There might be a problem with your resume or cover letter if you have applied to numerous jobs without receiving any responses. I can help you create a professional resume and cover letter at a fair fee.

Language Services
